Time Type: Full Time Minimum 3 Year experience in shipping industry Access the estimate system (Dynamics, Cargowize, GPM, shipping line websites, Excel) Work through the queueing system Apply for charges as per the incoterm , local and overseas charges Once charges received, populate the different systems with the data Extract the estimate QC the estimate Send out the estimate using Dynamics Constant follow up on outstanding rates from the different suppliers Focus on win ratio Meticulous and accurate Excellent interpersonal skills Pay attention to detail Fast learner Good geographical knowledg Must be familiar with incoterms Must be able to work in highly pressurized environment. Meet targets and deadlines. Must be prepared to work overtime when required. Basic knowledge of the following systems Microsot Word Basic Excel Powerpoint Outlook Cargowize Advantage Webcargo, GPM, Dynamics, Shipping Line Portals
