Administrative Assistant

To provide an effective office assistant function to Advisers through reliable support, office administration, reception and switchboard duties and client administration.Responsibilities:Office administration:Organize couriersAttend to client follow up calls when required in relation to seminar and function attendance.Manage Adviser diariesReception duties:Answering/redirecting all incoming calls, taking messages.Boardroom meeting reservationsMeet and greet all clients and visitors to the officePreparing tea and coffee for clientsArrange appointments with clients or prospects on behalf of AdviserClient administration:Ensure adequate knowledge of product provider websites and contact numbersProduce any documents or correspondence as required by the Adviser, Para-Planner or Practice ManagerPrepare prospective client files as neededPrepare and file new customer files as neededGenerate investment statements/tax certificates as requiredEnsure all documents are loaded on the electronic systemSubmit and follow through of new applications or changesMinimum requirements:Grade 12 CertificateRelevant Degree / Diploma (Advantageous)2 – 3 years' experience in risk administrationExcellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office – Excel, WordProficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languagesCompetencies:Client services and telephone etiquetteTeam-playerTime management skillsCustomer service attitudeHow to apply:Candidates interested must apply on Indeed no later than 10 February 2025.By submitting your application, you are giving PSG Financial Services implicit consent to the storage and processing of your personal information.
