Details of the offer

As an Administrative Assistant you will support the Order Processing Team with the day to day workflow of customer orders, purchase orders and general administrative duties. You will aim to meet all agreed personal targets to enable the trading department to reach its overall targets.
Responsibilities
Processing purchase orders onto our system and sending to our suppliers.
Registering customer details for power tool warranty.
Entering customer orders on to their accounts ready for dispatching.
Creation and upkeep of spreadsheets collecting data and essential information.
General administration and miscellaneous tasks to support the department.
Answering and resolving telephone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers.
Be conscious of your personal targets and be aware of how these contribute to the business objectives.
Consistently demonstrating and adhering to the brand values at all times.
The Individual
Capability, Knowledge and Experience
Proficiency in MS Office with a good level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Detailfocused and comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment.
