Clovers corporate strategy is to build onto existing competencies within the Group and to establish a culture of exceptional performance with a view to set a platform for future market expansion.Duties and responsibilities:Check Recordal certificates/notices against other documentsSend certificates/notices to client with covering letterScan documents, inserting and updating data onto in - house system (Patricia)Return incorrect foreign and local certificates for correctionCheck for outstanding certificates/noticesFollow up with relevant stakeholders on either incorrect or outstanding certificatesAdvise clients of outstanding certificatesAssist in the recordals department with the preparation and filing of recordal applications and, where necessary, the filing of renewal applicationsAttend to general recordal mattersGenerate letters through the internal systemHandle routine correspondenceSkills and knowledge:Computer literate in MS Office SuiteFully conversant in EnglishAttention to detailAbility to work independently and under pressureAbility to prioritise and learn systemsAbility to handle information related to the department with confidentialityGood organisational skillsAccuracy is integralQualifications:MatricSecretarial Certificate/Diploma (an advantage)
