Your new role
The duties for this role are as follows:
- Credit card reconciliations
- Posting credit card payments
- Raising and sending invoices out to clients (20-30 a day)
- Dealing with queries
- Raising credit
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates who apply for this role MUST have had experience of working within the hotel industry with good knowledge of systems such as Opera and Excel (pivot tables). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be confident dealing with queries and answering the telephone.
