Job & Company DescriptionsAn established South African holding company operating within a Shared Services environment is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Controller to join their finance team on a fixed-term basis.
As an Accounts Payable Controller you will responsible for the following:Process and prepare cheques for paymentsObtain necessary payment authorisationsMatch goods received to corresponding invoices and purchase ordersCapture invoices on a daily basisReconcile supplier statements with company recordsJob Experience and Skills Required:Completed Matric (Grade 12)A bookkeeping qualification will be advantageous2 - 3 years of relevant accounts payable experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience working in a shared services environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel
