Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Administration:Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments.Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.Update customer account details including contact info, credit limits, and payment terms.Prepare and submit administrative reports and documentation on time.Identify accounts for potential bad debt and initiate handover procedures.Customer Interface:Respond to customer queries related to billing, payments, and claims.Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone or email.Provide regular accounts receivable reports to senior management.Review aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
Skills & QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Matric certificate.At least 5 years experience in an Accounts Controller role.Proficient in Excel and Sage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational, planning, and decision-making abilities.Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.Advantageous:Experience in the logistics or courier industry.Familiarity with Parcel Perfect or similar systems.
