Accounts Clerk (Internal & External Recruitment Advert) An exciting opportunity has opened for a vibrant, energetic and experienced Accounts Clerk who will assist the Accounts Administrator with financial resources and information to various internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include: Consolidate, code and submit weekly invoices to the financial department Capture and reconcile daily banking and petty cash with what is reflected in the trial balance Reconcile monthly commission of 3 rd party booking platforms Process bank deposits Order stationary for various departments Process refunds via Dineplan or PMS Requirements: - 1 - 2 years proven work experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role - Financial knowledge and acumen within hospitality - Hospitality diploma - Experience with a PMS System - Experience with Office 365 - Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) - Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors - Organizational and time-management abilities Competencies: - Devotion to quality - Performing under pressure - Integrity - Drive - Dutifulness We offer: - An empowering work environment.
