Monthly and weekly management account reporting.
Production of monthly bordereaux to insurers.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
Reviewing and approving invoices.
Processing and paying supplier invoices.
Daily bookkeeping tasks.
Assist with implementing and maintaining financial controls and processes.
Preparation of annual budgets Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Xero accounting software (Quickbooks experience also advantageous).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be self-managed.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
