Accountant

My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious Accountant who has recently completed their SAICA or SAIPA articles and is eager to apply their training in a dynamic and growing business environment. This role is based in Pretoria East. As an integral part of the finance team, you'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including: Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Supporting year-end audit processes Maintaining general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders Requirements: BCom Accounting or equivalent degree Recently completed SAICA or SAIPA articles Strong technical accounting knowledge Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) Exposure to accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or Pastel (advantageous) Eager to learn, self-motivated, and a team player Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
