Accountant

Job & Company Descriptions A leading name in the foreign exchange industry, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant who has successfully completed their SAIPA or SAICA articles. Duties: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS Reconcile bank accounts and perform month-end close procedures Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SARB, FSCA, SARS) Manage daily and monthly cash flow reporting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors Provide financial insights to support business decision-making Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
