Based in Claremont, Cape Town, we foster an environment focused on achievement, continuous learning, autonomy, transparency, and team-building that is both productive and fun.About The RoleYour role as Data & Reporting Manager (Sales Operations Analyst) will be to support our sales development teams with optimal processes and systems, ensuring accurate reporting and insights for our clients.
Your responsibilities include:Managing our sales tools, including B2B data providers (e.g., Clay, Cognism), CRM systems (Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft), ensuring proper integration, configuration, and management.Overseeing B2B data acquisition, list cleaning, and consolidation processes.Refining our end-to-end client and internal reporting processes, primarily using Google Sheets.Leading ad-hoc projects to enhance systems and processes through automation.We value process, systems, and automation enthusiasts over hardcore coding skills.
