Accountant

A dynamic company based in Lanseria is looking for an Accountant Duties: Working on the books of twocompanies All general accounting functions Will oversee a Debtors and a Creditors clerk Will be reporting to the Finance Manager and the Finance Administrator Will be assisting the Finance Manager will all accounting functions Oversee all payments Not doing any payroll (that is outsourced) The person will be required to ensure correct accounting, VAT, Bank reconciliations and Foreign currency Bank account Oversee the cash management, WIP, Stock and Cost of sales workings Oversee correct loading of payments on the bank accounts by the Finance Administrator, and ensure payments are released timeously Requirements: BCom degree (essential) 5 10 years experience Come from the aviation industry (advantageous) Must have a good understanding of cashflow English / Afrikaans speaking Bilingual or Portuguese speaking (beneficial) Computer Literacy: MS Office suite Pastel Evolution (essential) Jobsys and AMS would be advantageous Will train on inhouse systems
