Understanding existing customers and their business needs so as to ensure the appropriate solutions are always provided
Prepared to do extra research and investigations to find ideas and ways of creating more value for customers
Operate as the lead contact point for any and all matters specific to assigned customers
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
To optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
Act as key point of contact for customers and be responsible for all follow ups and follow through on any customer queries
Actively manage and drive agreed sales performance targets
Achieve KPI targets as set out in performance appraisel document
Be a trusted advisor to customers ensuring they understand the business and the value add
Work closely with internal Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Use knowledge of research design methodologies and approaches, and conduct necessary scoping requirements.

2 - 5 years work experience pertaining to customer relationship management
3+ years account management experience as a Market Research Account Manager
Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts
Experience in dealing with executive customers
Experience and knowledge of what a CEM system is
Tertiary qualification (Sales Qualification, Marketing Qualification, and/or a Bachelor's degree)
