Account Executive (Durban)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet client service delivery targets Damage investigation and root cause analysis Understand and maintain VDS SOPs Understand and maintain OEM SOPs Maintain all vehicles movements on VTS Report VDS performance in daily / monthly meetings with clients Price adjustments - maintain price tables Reconcile billing file Client Service within dealer base Attend daily / weekly quality meetings with clients Attend to operational requirements daily as requested by client QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED: BCom Graduate (Logistics / Transportation) Grade 12 Relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential Computer literacy essential Excel intermediate/advance knowledge and experience critical CORE COMPETENCIES: Motivated & diligent Meticulous / Attention to detail Must be able to prioritise tasks Good communication skills Be able to work under pressure Responsible & reliable Able to function independently Must be able to work overtime & be on stand-by over weekends TRANSPORT: Must have a valid drivers license and own transport Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Advertising and Marketing Work space preference: Work Onsite Ideal work province: KwaZulu-Natal Ideal work city: Durban Salary bracket: R 22000 - 28000 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: Yes
