Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-outHandle reservations and guest inquiriesProvide information on hotel services and local attractionsAddress guest needs and complaints promptlyOversee housekeeping and maintenance teamsManage guest records and billingCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experienceSupervise and train staff, including schedulingMaintain high standards of hospitality and cleanlinessAssist with restaurant service and event coordinationRequirements:Experience in hotel reception or front deskExcellent communication and organisational skillsProficient with hotel management software (Semper, Night Bridge, Pastel, MS Office)Leadership experience and ability to manage a teamFlexible hours, including weekends and holidaysFluent in English (additional languages a plus)Strong knowledge of Stellenbosch and surrounding areasOwn transport and good healthExperience in restaurant front-of-house, payroll, and accounting is a plus*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
