Job Title: Care CoordinatorReports To: COOPosition Type: Full-time 4pm-12amWe are seeking a Care Coordinator who is not only passionate about helping others but also excited to contribute to a startup environment where every task matters.
This individual will be the primary point of contact for families while supporting the COO with diverse operational and administrative responsibilities.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, problem-solving, and taking ownership, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCare CoordinationClient Coordination: Serve as the main contact for families, assisting with the intake process, scheduling, and ongoing care updates.Scheduling: Organize and manage therapist-client schedules, resolving conflicts or cancellations quickly.Documentation: Ensure accurate, timely records for treatment plans and progress notes, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other standards.Family Support: Provide resources, guidance, and advocacy for families navigating ABA services.Administrative and Operational SupportAdaptability: Embrace the variety of tasks that come with a startup environment; no task is too small or too large.Operational Management: Assist with daily office operations, workflow coordination, and vendor communication.Task Coordination: Manage the COO's schedule, correspondence, and reports.Growth Contributions: Support the development of policies, onboarding materials, and processes as the company scales.Recruitment and Onboarding: Play an active role in hiring and onboarding Behavior Technicians (BTs), BCBAs, and other staff.What Makes You a Great FitExperience: At least 2 years in ABA, healthcare, or a related field.
