A construction supplies company based around the Kwa Mashu region currently has 3 inbound call centre agent jobs available that needs to be filled ASAP The ideal candidate would have some call centre or customer care work experience but that is added advantage and even if you dont have you can still apply. Duties include responding to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organizations products or services.
Basic Salary Range R6300 up to R9860 per monthcompany Benefits
Minimum Requirements
Willing to learn
Previous experience in a call centre or customer care work environment is highly desirable
English speaking
Well mannered
Able to handle a little work pressure
Grade 10 or higher passed in school
