A medical wholesaler based around the Chatsworth region currently has urgent need of 3 inbound Call centre agents for their sales support team. You will need to have at least 1 year or more previous call centre, Retail, Sales or customer care work experience Duties include responding to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organizations products or services.
Basic Salary Range R8200 up to R8960 per monthcompany Benefits
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 years or more previous call centre,Retail,Sales or customer care work experience
English speaking and literate
Well mannered
Able to handle a little work pressure
Grade 10 or N2 passed in school
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
