JOB ROLE: 1st Line Support - Navision/NAV
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 8.00am - 17.00pm
SALARY: £18,000- £22,000 *Depending on experience + GREAT BENEFITS
LOCATION: City of London
CULTURE: Open plan and modern offices. Roughly 150 staff members in London office. Supportive, hardworking, down to earth team.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Managing the team inbox
- Dealing with all 1st line support requests
- Managing support processes from start to finish
- Setting up new uses and disabling users
- Overall support queries
- Approving accesses
- Reviewing and approving development changes
- Chase and liaise with all departments in regards to testing
- Ensure all procedures and processes are being followed
- Ad hoc administrative duties
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Must have experience using NAV/Navision
- MUST have some experience within a 1st Line Support role
- Excellent communication and problem skills
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
- MUST have a positive and enthusiastic nature.
